FAQ
When do preorders close?
Preorders close on June 15.
This is a preorder item, which means the products are not ready to ship yet. Production will start after preorders close.
When will orders ship?
Production is expected to arrive around July 1.
After that, I will need time to check the products, prepare the bundles, pack each order, print labels, prepare customs forms and bring the packages to the post office.
Shipping is expected to start in mid-July.
All orders are expected to ship between late July and early August, depending on the total number of orders.
Please note that I pack and ship everything by myself, so shipping may take some time, especially for international orders.
Will all orders ship at the same time?
No. Orders will be shipped in batches.
You may receive your shipping notification before or after someone else, depending on the destination, the type of order and the customs paperwork needed.
Do you ship worldwide?
International shipping is available to most countries, as long as postal services are currently available.
Some destinations may be unavailable due to postal restrictions, customs issues, sanctions or temporary suspensions.
If I cannot ship to your country, I will contact you and refund your order if needed.
Which countries are currently unavailable?
At the moment, I cannot ship goods to the following destinations through La Poste:
North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Sevastopol, Yemen, Russia, Belarus, Haiti, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iran, Iraq, Bahrain, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Bhutan.
This list may change depending on postal restrictions. I will check the current shipping availability before dispatching orders.
Why is shipping to the USA more expensive?
Shipping to the USA has become more complicated and more expensive because of new customs rules.
Since August 29, 2025, goods sent to the USA can be taxed from the first dollar. These customs fees must now be paid by the sender before the package enters the United States.
This means that US shipping costs include more than postage. They may also include customs-related fees, postal processing fees and extra paperwork.
I know this is frustrating, but these costs are outside my control.
Do US customers have to pay customs fees on delivery?
For USA orders, customs-related fees may already affect the shipping price because some duties and fees must be paid before the package enters the United States.
However, I cannot guarantee that no additional fee will ever be requested by customs or the carrier.
Customs rules can change, and final decisions are made by customs authorities.
Will international customers have to pay customs, VAT or import fees?
For orders outside the EU, your country may charge customs fees, VAT, import taxes or handling fees when the package arrives.
These fees are not included in the item price or standard shipping price, unless clearly stated otherwise.
They are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Why does customs paperwork take extra time?
Every non-EU order needs a customs declaration.
For some destinations, I must list the items, quantities, weight, value and origin of the goods. Some packages also need printed copies of customs forms and invoices.
This is one of the reasons international orders may take longer to prepare.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, but only before your order has shipped.
If you need to change your address, contact me as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
Once the package has been shipped, I cannot change the destination.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, I can resend it only if you pay the new shipping fee.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded once the package has been sent.
Will I receive tracking?
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Please note that tracking updates can be slow, especially for international packages.
How long will delivery take after shipping?
Delivery time depends on the destination, postal services and customs.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
France: usually 2-7 business days
European Union: usually 1-3 weeks
Rest of the world: usually 2-8 weeks
USA: usually 2-8 weeks, but customs processing may cause additional delays
These are not guaranteed delivery times. Postal carriers often provide shorter estimated transit times, but delays can happen because of customs, postal disruptions, holidays, incomplete addresses or international processing.
My tracking has not updated. Is my package lost?
International tracking can stop updating for several days or weeks, especially while the package is between countries or waiting for customs processing.
Please wait before contacting me:
France: 2 weeks after shipping
Europe: 4 weeks after shipping
International / USA: 8 weeks after shipping
After that, I can help check the situation.
What happens if my package is lost?
If a package seems lost, I will check the tracking and postal claim options first.
Refunds or replacements depend on the shipping method, postal investigation and remaining stock.
Please understand that preorder items may have limited replacement stock.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me with your order number and clear photos of:
- the damaged item
- the package
- the shipping label
- the packaging materials
I need these photos to assess the issue and, if possible, file a postal claim.
Can I combine two orders?
If both orders have not shipped yet, you can contact me and I will see if combining them is possible.
Combined shipping is not guaranteed, especially once packing has started.
Can I cancel my preorder?
You can request a cancellation before preorders close.
After preorders close, cancellations may not be possible because production quantities are based on the preorder numbers.
Are preorder dates guaranteed?
The timeline may change if there are production delays, printing issues, shipping delays, customs delays or postal disruptions.
If there is a major delay, I will post an update.
