These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from Bebert's shop, operated by Bebert. By ordering from me, you accept these terms.

1️⃣ Legal notice / seller identity

2️⃣ Products, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in EUR. I am under Article 293 B, so prices are VAT-free.

Shipping methods and fees are described on my Shipping page and at checkout.

I accept the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is confirmed when payment is validated.


3️⃣ Shipping and delivery

I pack in protective bubble mailers.
Delivery times depend on carrier and destination. International buyers may owe import duties/taxes/handling on delivery (outside the EU).

Title and risk pass on delivery (subject to mandatory consumer law in your country).


4️⃣ Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery of goods, without giving any reason (exceptions apply, e.g., custom-made items or sealed goods opened by you).

You must notify me within 14 days; you then return the goods within 14 days. I refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping; return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

5️⃣ Returns and problems on delivery

Contact me at [email protected] before returning anything to obtain the correct return address and RMA reference.

Returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. I recommend tracked shipping.

If something arrives damaged or defective, email me within 7 days of delivery with photos; I’ll offer a replacement or refund (subject to availability and applicable law).


6️⃣Legal guarantee of conformity (EU)

EU consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery, with remedies including repair, replacement, or appropriate refund when repair/replacement is impossible or disproportionate.

7️⃣ Intellectual property

All artworks, designs, photos, and texts are protected. No reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent.

8️⃣ Privacy & cookies (summary)

I only process data necessary to fulfil orders, ship items, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Legal bases include contract performance and legitimate interests.

9️⃣ Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence (EU). You may use the EU ODR platform or local consumer bodies.
